Fanbeam's Automation Builder lets you create rules and workflows that automatically respond to comments, mentions, and direct messages—so you can focus on creating content instead of moderating it.

Two Ways to Automate

Quick Rules (Recommended for Getting Started)

Quick Rules are the fastest way to set up comment moderation. Create a rule in under 60 seconds:

1. Choose a trigger (e.g., "when a comment contains...")
2. Set keywords to match
3. Pick an action (hide, delete, reply, or send DM)

Visual Workflow Builder (For Complex Automations)

When you need more control, use the drag-and-drop Workflow Builder to create sophisticated automations:

• Chain multiple conditions together (AND/OR logic)
• Add branching paths based on different criteria
• Combine actions in sequence

Quick Start

Create Your First Quick Rule

1. Navigate to Automations in your dashboard
2. Click Quick Rules tab
3. Click Add Rule
4. Configure:
   • Trigger: Comment contains keyword
   • Keywords: "spam", "DM me", "check bio"
   • Action: Hide comment
5. Click Save

That's it! New comments matching your keywords will be automatically hidden.
